The feel of Fall will be in the air with the promise of the coloring of leaves, crisp cool mornings and warm afternoons. Take in the calming beauty of a cruise on the Mighty Mississippi with your fellow Trailways Travelers. Board one of Burlington Trailways’ luxury motorcoaches from the available departure location of your choice where you will be greeted by one of our friendly tour hosts and drivers. Settle in, we are off for a day of adventure as we cruise aboard the beautiful Celebration Belle from Moline, IL to Muscatine, IA!

 

We will motorcoach to Moline, IL to board and enjoy a light breakfast of fresh fruit and warm, sticky rolls along with a buffet lunch too. Live music entertainment will be available with the great sounds of music from the 40’s to the present. Sit back, listen, and even dance to the sounds of your favorite tunes. Big Band, Country, and Rock and Roll, it’s all there. The Captain will provide narration about the river and the numerous wildlife that call it home. Don’t forget your camera to capture the scenic views! At the end of the cruise the Belle will dock in Muscatine where we will be met by our motorcoach and driver to bring us back home.

Menu:

Marinated Chicken; Alfredo Pasta with Vegetables; Homemade Garlic Mashed Potatoes; Chicken Gravy; Hot Vegetable; Cold Salad; Tossed Spring Salad with Dressing; Rolls and Butter; Dessert; Coffee and Iced Tea included with your meal. A Cash Bar is available for soft drinks and alcohol. Menu may be subject to change.

 

Activity level 1:

This tour requires average physical activity. Participants should be in good health, able to walk reasonable distances, possibly uneven ground, unpaved roads and/or some stairs.

 

NOTE:

We do not have a Davenport pickup for this tour as we will not be going back to Davenport after the boat docks. The Celebration Belle does offer transportation back to Moline for a fee of $15 per person for those who park at their facility and need transportation back.

 

Deposit & Final Payment:

A $30 deposit per person is required within one week of reservation. Must be paid in full by September 2, 2024. No refunds will be issued after September 2, 2024.

 

Payment Methods:

Cash, checks, credit/debit cards and money orders are accepted. Make checks payable to Burlington Trailways and mail to 3211 Division Street, Burlington, IA 52601. There is a $30 fee for insufficient funds or returned checks. Credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express) are subject to a 4% processing fee.
